Delicious and easy to make ice cream that will make a perfect treat to celebrate Canada Day!
2 cups sliced strawberries frozen, 1 medium very ripe banana sliced and frozen, 1/2 cup Litehouse Creamy Cheesecake flavoured Greek yogurt dip
Place the frozen strawberries and bananas in a food processor or high powered blender. Pulse until the fruit is broken up into smaller pieces. Add the Litehouse yogurt dip and continue to run the processor until the mixture is fully combined and creamy. Serve immediately or freeze the mixture for an hour in a freezer proof container.
