Spring Salad with Raspberries, Walnuts & Blue Cheese Crumbles Recipe

If you are looking for a bright and flavorful salad, look no further! Drizzle with Litehouse® Balsamic Dressing & Vinaigrette for a tangy burst of flavor. Tip: Swap salad toppings for whatever is currently in season, like peaches in the summer, or citrus fruits in the winter.


  • 10 oz. of your favorite lettuce (we love something hearty like spinach or some darker greens)
  • 8 oz. fresh Raspberries
  • 4 oz. Walnuts, chopped
  • 3 oz. Blue Cheese Crumbles
  • 2 Chicken Breasts, cooked and sliced
  • Litehouse® Balsamic Dressing & Marinade


  1. In a big salad bowl, add lettuce as the base.
  2. Add raspberries, walnuts and blue cheese crumbles.
  3. Add sliced chicken on top, or toss into the salad.
