2 oz. bricks low fat cream cheese
1 large onion thinly sliced
1/3 cup Litehouse® Lite Honey Dijon Dressing
2 Tbsp. Litehouse® Instantly Fresh Chives
Poppy seeds for coating
Place the onions in a pan over medium low heat and drizzle with a bit of oil. Cook the onions slowly over medium low heat until browned, sweet, and caramelized. This will take 15-20 minutes. In a mixer combine the cream cheese, caramelized onions, dressing, and chives. Mix on low speed until everything is combined. Wet your hands with water and shape the cream cheese mixture into a ball. Coat the outside with the poppy seeds and refrigerate until ready to serve.
