Spinach Parmesan Orzo Pasta

This delightfully tasty pasta will always leave your guests wanting more. It makes an excellent side dish for any event! Ingredients


1 cup orzo pasta 1 Tbsp. olive oil One tsp. Litehouse Instantly Fresh Garlic 1 diced onion 1 Tbsp. whole-wheat flour 2 cups Opadipity Spinach Parmesan salt and pepper (optional)


Boil water in large pot. Follow cooking instructions for orzo on package. Drain thoroughly after cooking. Heat oil in a saucepan over medium heat. Gradually add garlic and onion, stir frequently, until onions have become translucent. This will generally take around 2-3 minutes. Beat in flour until lightly browned. Gradually whisk in Spinach Parmesan, whisking constantly, until mixture becomes thick. Slowly add orzo to the mixture and toss gently to combine Add salt and pepper if desired
