A great dish for onion ring lovers with that spectacular asian taste!
1 large red onion, cut crosswise into about 12 rings
10 cups baby spinach leaves
Salt and pepper to taste
1 Tbsp. toasted sesame seeds
1/2 cup Litehouse® Sesame Ginger
Prepare grill, combine onion and 1/2 tsp. of oil to coat the onions. Grill until browned and tender (about 9 minutes), turning occassionally. Place the spinach in a large bowl and sprinkle over the salt and pepper to taste. Add the onions, then drizzle Litehouse® Sesame Ginger dressing over the spinach. Top with toasted sesame seeds.
