Sesame-Ginger Miso Cod & Whipped French-Onion Cauliflower

Serves 3 | Finish in 45 minutes

Litehouse Toasted Sesame Ginger Dressing and French Onion Veggie Dip are the principal flavor ingredients in these easy meal components.


Sesame-Ginger Miso Cod:

2 Tbsp. Litehouse® Sesame Ginger 
1 tsp. Litehouse® Instantly Fresh Garlic 
1 Tbsp. white miso paste
1 tsp. white pepper
3 6-oz. cod fillets, thawed 
Litehouse® Instantly Fresh Parsley (for garnish and flavor)

Whipped French-Onion Cauliflower:

1 medium head of cauliflower, rinsed (or one package pre-cut cauliflower florets)
¼ cup vegetable broth
½ cup of Litehouse® French Onion Dip 
Litehouse® Instantly Fresh Dill (for garnish and flavor)


Sesame-Ginger Miso Cod:

Pre-heat oven to 400 degrees F. Whisk dressing, Litehouse® Instantly Fresh Garlic, miso paste, and pepper together until miso paste dissolves. With a baster or silicon brush, apply mixed ingredients to both sides of fish. Roast fish for 12-15 minutes until cooked through. Garnish with a sprinkle of Litehouse® Instantly Fresh Parsley.

Whipped French-Onion Cauliflower:

Place cauliflower in microwave-safe bowl and pour on vegetable broth. Microwave until vegetable is soft enough to mash with a fork. Add Litehouse® French Onion Veggie Dip and stir. Add cauliflower to blender in batches and blend until cauliflower is the consistency of mashed potatoes. Pour cauliflower in serving bowl and garnish with dill.
