Roasted Balsamic Veggies

Serves 2 | Finish in 15 mins


8 oz. fresh green beans or asparagus, cut in 3" lengths
1 onion, cut vertically in thin wedges
2 medium zucchini or yellow summer squash, halve lengthwise and sliced 1/4"
1/2 c. Litehouse® Balsamic Vinaigrette or,
Litehouse® Organic Balsamic Vinaigrette


Preheat oven to 450 degrees. Toss beans and onion with Litehouse Balsamic Vinaigrette. Place in roasting pan and roast for 8 minutes. Stir in squash and roast 8 minutes more.
