Yogurt parfaits are a great way to get in protein and whole grains for breakfast or brunch. This parfait is packed with all things good and topped off with a bit of cheesecake bliss!
3 cups plain Greek yogurt
1 cup almond and honey granola
4 tablespoons honey
1 peach, thinly sliced or diced
1 cup fresh raspberries
½ cup Opadipity Creamy Cheesecake Greek Yogurt Dip
Fresh mint for garnish
Place ½ cup of yogurt in the bottom of 4 wide mouthed glasses or bowls. Top each bowl with 1 tablespoon of honey and slightly less than ¼ cup of granola.
Divide the remaining yogurt between each of the 4 glasses and top with remaining granola.
Divide the raspberries and peaches between the 4 glasses and evenly top each of the 4 glasses with OPADIPITY Creamy Cheesecake Greek Yogurt Dip. Garnish with a sprig of mint.
Store in refrigerator until ready to serve.
