This is a family favorite that is easy to prepare and easily adapted to whatever fresh fruit is in season.
2 apples, cored and sliced thin
1 TBS butter
1 container Opadipity by Litehouse Greek Yogurt Dip (Vanilla or Honey Almond)
4 TBS Litehouse Caramel Dip (Low Fat or Original)
½ cup Glazed Pecans, chopped, plus some for garnish
Gingersnap cookie, for garnish
Melt butter in skillet over medium heat. Add apple slices and saute until soft and lightly browned (4-5 minutes). Remove from heat. While cooling, get your assembly line going, starting with 4 pint mason jars. Layer approximately ¼ cup sautéed apples, 2 TBS Opadipity by Litehouse Greek Yogurt Dip, 1 TBS Litehouse caramel dip, 1 TBS glazed pecan, ¼ cup sautéed apples, 2 TBS Opadipity by Litehouse Greek Yogurt Dip. Top with a sprinkle of glazed pecans, a drizzle of caramel and add a cookie for garnish. Enjoy!
