1/2 pound ground beef, browned and drained (or 2 cups shredded rotisserie chicken)
1 12oz pkg pre-cut salad mix(shreds, iceberg, or mixed greens)
1 can beans, drained (kidney, cannellini or black)
1/2 cup corn (or baby corn, cut in half)
1/2 chopped tomatoes
1/2 cup grated cheese
1 avocado, sliced
6 taco shells (flour, corn, bowls, or handfuls of tortilla chips)
1 cup Litehouse® Jalapeno Ranch
Prepare meat and set aside.
On 6 individual serving plates (or on a flat platter style bowl) layer in the following order:
Taco shells, salad mix, drizzle of dressing, beans, corn, tomatoes, cheese, avocado. Serve extra dressing and salsa on the side.
