12 oz fresh green beans Juice & Zest of 1 lemon 1 tablespoon Litehouse Instantly Fresh Red Onion 1 teaspoon Litehouse Instantly Fresh Dill 2 tablespoons olive oil Salt & Pepper
1.In a medium bowl, mix together the juice and zest of the lemon, red onion and dill. Allow the mixture to sit and infuse and then mix in the olive oil. 2.Steam the green beans for 2-3 minutes and drain. 3.Mix the beans in with the lemon mixture and toss to coat. Plate and serve.
