Kale-in’ It!

Serves 2-4 | Finish in 20 minutes


  • 1 bunch of kale
  • 1 crown of broccoli
  • ¼ cup sunflower seeds
  • ½ Jar Litehouse Coleslaw


Chop kale into thin strips. Cut the florets off of the broccoli and break into small pieces. Place kale and broccoli in a bowl. Add in the sunflower seeds and Litehouse Coleslaw. Mix and serve.
