Crab Cakes infused with our own OPA Kalamata Feta Dressing. Forget mayonnaise and added herbs for these cakes. The dressing fits in for both very nicely.
1 lb of Special Crab Meat (mix or white and dark meats) 1 each egg whipped 6oz Bread Crumbs 4oz OPA Kalamata Feta Dressing Garnish of Pitted Kalamata Olives and Litehouse Feta and Instantly Fresh Jalapenos
Wash Hands. Pick the crab meat for shells. In a bowl mix all ingredients gentle, as to not break up the meat. Form small i/2 dollar sized patties of crab cake. In a large pre-heated sauté pan, heat oil until it starts to “ripple” in the pan. Slowly drop each patty into the oil and fry until golden brown on both sides. Serve with a side of the OPA dressing and garnish
