Jambalaya Salad

What a great idea....all the ingredients that make jambalaya in a cool, refreshing salad.


3/4 cup Litehouse® Jalapeño Ranch Dressing & Dip
1/2 cup celery-sliced
1/2 cup green pepper, chopped
1/4 cup onion, chopped
1 tsp. thyme
1 tsp. Litehouse® Freeze-Dried Garlic
2 cups rice, cooked
1/2 cup ham, cubed
6 oz. small shrimp, cooked
1 cup tomato, chopped
6 slices cooked bacon-crumbled


Combine first eight ingredients. Add remaining ingredients except bacon.

Chill and add bacon just before serving.
Servings: 4 to 6
