35 clams in shell, scrubbed
1/2 cup butter
1 1/2 Tbsp Litehouse® Instantly Fresh Garlic
1 Tbsp Litehouse® Instantly Fresh Oregano
1 Tbsp Litehouse® Instantly Fresh Parsley
2 cups dry white wine
1 Tbsp lemon juice
In a large skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add garlic and saute for 1 minute. Slowly add wine, oregano, parsley and lemon juice.
Add clams into skillet and cover. Steam the clams for about 15 minutes or until all the clams have opened.
Serve claims with wine mixture and bread for dipping.
