Grilled Shrimp & Green Pea Salad from Beverly's


2 cups frozen peas, cooked and cooled
1/4 cup sliced celery
1/4 cup diced water chestnuts
2 Tbsp toasted slivered almonds
1/2 cup Litehouse Honey Mustard Dressing (Substitute: Litehouse Lite Honey Dijon Dressing)
8 prawns, grilled


Mix peas, celery, water chestnuts and toasted almonds with Litehouse Honey Mustard Dressing, adding more to taste. Divide onto 2 plates. Top each with 4 prawns and garnish with pea sprouts.
