Green Grills

Serves 2 | Finish in 20 minutes

This vegetarian sandwich is full of flavor and creamy blue cheese. It was submitted by one of our blue cheese fans, Anne Stefani.


4 slices of sourdough bread
Litehouse Chuncky Blue Cheese Dressing
lemon pepper to taste
2 large avocados, sliced
1/2 cucumber (optional)
1 bag alfalfa sprouts
1 large tomato, sliced
1/2 red onion, sliced
4 slices of swiss cheese


Spread Litehouse Chunky Blue Cheese Dressing on the bread slices and lemon pepper to taste. Layer the remaining ingredients on the bread in the order they are given. Bake at 400° for 15 minutes and enjoy.
