Bowtie Pasta Salad made with OPA Kalamata Feta
2 cups dry bowtie pasta 15 oz. garbanzo beans (drained) 1 cup pitted Kalamata olives 1/4 tsp kosher salt 1/4 tsp garlic salt (Lawry’s) 2 tbsps. buttermilk 1 tbsp. extra-virgin olive oil 1/4 tsp Litehouse Instantly Fresh dill (dried) 1/4 tsp Litehouse Instantly Fresh thyme 1/4 tsp pepper
Cook Pasta to desired softness. Drain and rinse. Toss in all remaining ingredients. Let cool in fridge. Serve cold.
