Love to have your kids eat spinach? Try this Gorgonzola Spinach and Onion Pizza and they’ll ask for more!
1 pizza crust, 2 tbsp butter, 1 medium white onion sliced very thinly, 1 handful of fresh spinach leaves, 1 container of Litehouse Foods Artisan Gorgonzola Cheese Crumbles, 1 cup of shredded whole milk mozzarella cheese
1. Preheat the oven to 450F. 2. Melt the butter in a medium sauce pan. 3. Sautee the onions until they are soft and brown. 4. Grease the pizza pan and place the crust on it. 5. Spread the onions over the crust. 6. Top with a handful of fresh spinach leaves. 7. Spread the Litehouse Foods Artisan Gorgonzola Cheese Crumbles and shredded mozzarella cheese over the top. 9. Bake for 10 minutes or until the cheese is melted. 10. Cut and serve.
