Frosty Mashed Potatoes

Serves 6 | Finish in 50 minutes

Hold the butter please. All these mashed potatoes need in order to be delicious is Opadipity Spinach Parmesan Greek yogurt dip... and a little shaping of course! Happy holidays!


1. 5 lb bag of russet potatoes 2. 6 0z. of OPADIPITY Spinach Parmesan Dip 3. Salt and Pepper to taste For Garnish: • 3 raisins • 1 small carrot • 1 long carrot • 2 peas


Wash hands and potatoes. Cut into quarters and boil in salted water for approximately 20 minutes. Drain and pour into a bowl to mash. Using a hand masher, begin to mash potatoes while adding in OPADIPITY dip a little at a time. Mix and mash well. Season with salt and pepper to taste. To serve: Scoop potatoes into 3 sized round circles to form the shape of a snowman. Use spoon to shape edges. Use raisins to make buttons, 2 peas to make the eyes, and a small carrot to make the nose. Using a carrot/potato peeler, make 2 thin slices of carrot for the scarf. Arrange as displayed in picture.
