White beans are a healthier alternative in creamy soups, dips and casseroles. This white bean dip combines the Instantly fresh dill and the new Litehouse Greek Yogurt dressing.
(2) 15.5 oz. cans of cannellini beans,
½ cup Litehouse Feta Dill OPA Greek Yogurt Dressing,
½ tsp. Litehouse Instantly Fresh Dill,
¼ cup feta plus ¼ to top the dip,
1 Tbls garlic,
1 tsp. lemon juice,
½ tsp. black pepper,
¼ tsp. salt,
Olive oil drizzle to taste,
1. Place all ingredients in a blender or food processer. Pulse until blended and your desired consistency. Feel free to drain the beans or leave as is.
2. Chill the white bean dip in the refrigerator for one hour or more.
3. When ready to serve, sprinkle the top with ¼ cup Litehouse Feta cheese, olive oil and crushed black pepper.
