Feta Cheese Ball Recipe

Serves 8-10 | Finish in 5 hours

Looking for a delicious snack idea when company calls? Try this feta cheese ball! Clean out the fridge, and use up that box of crackers that has been sitting in the pantry for months.



2 4-oz containers of Litehouse® Feta Cheese Crumbles

8-oz pkg. cream cheese, softened

2 T butter, softened

1 T Litehouse® Instantly Fresh Dill



Combine all ingredients.  Beat with an electric mixer on low speed.  When well blended, form cheese mixture into a ball and wrap in plastic wrap.  Refrigerate at least 4 hours or overnight.  Serve with assorted crackers.  Serves 8 to 10.
