Easy Salmon Patties with Instantly Fresh Herbs

2 6-ounce cans salmon,
2 Tbsp. Instantly Fresh Red Onion rehydrated,
2 Tbsp. Instantly Fresh Spring Onion,
1 Tbsp. Instantly Fresh Parsley,
½ cup cooked brown rice (leftover is fine),
4 Tbsp. Pasteurized egg whites or 1 large egg,
1 tsp. paprika,
½ tsp. cracked white pepper,
½ teaspoon red pepper flakes,
Dash of Old Bay Seasoning (optional),
3 slices toasted, whole-wheat bread, minced in food processor,
Non-stick vegetable spray,


1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Combine all ingredients, in the order listed, in a large bowl. Mix well with a silicon spoon or spatula. Spray a baking pan or cookie sheet with non-stick vegetable spray. Using an ice cream scoop (for portion control), scoop portions of the ingredients from the bowl and place scoops of salmon mixture on a baking sheet sprayed with non-stick cooking spray. Shape the burgers to the desired thickness.

2. Top each salmon patty with minced, toasted breadcrumbs. Bake for 15 minutes or until each patty is firm to touch. Serve hot.

3. Leftover ingredients may be refrigerated or frozen for later use.
