Crab & Blue Cheese Quiche

Serves 4-6 | Finish in 1 hour

This delicious quiche makes a great addition to a brunch, or add a salad and fresh fruit for a super easy supper.


1 prepared pie crust
1 8 oz. can crab meat, lump white
1 cup mozzarella, shredded
1/8 tsp. pepper
4 eggs
1 cup milk
1/2 cup Parmesan cheese
1 tsp. Litehouse® Instantly Fresh Spring Onion
1/4 cup Litehouse® Blue Cheese Crumbles or Litehouse® Gorgonzola Crumbles


Spread crab, both the mozzarella cheese and the Litehouse® cheese crumbles and Litehouse® Onions on crust. Whisk together eggs, milk and pepper, and pour slowly into crust. Sprinkle with Parmesan. Bake at 350 °F for 40 to 50 minutes. Allow to set 5 minutes before serving.
