1 quart of chicken broth
2 Tbsp. chopped onion
5 kaffir lime leaves
2 Tbsp. soy sauce
2 Tbsp. Sriracha
2 Tbsp. sugar
1 small lime, juiced
14 oz. unsweetened coconut milk
1 lb. peeled shrimp
3 Tbsp. Litehouse® Instantly Fresh Cilantro
1 Tbsp. Litehouse® Instantly Fresh Garlic
3 Tbsp. Litehouse® Instantly Fresh Lemon Grass
2 Tbsp. Litehouse® Instantly Fresh Ginger
1. In a large pot, bring all ingredients except shrimp to a boil over high heat.
2. Reduce heat and simmer, for 20 minutes.
3. Bring back to a boil and add shrimp.
4. Cook for 3 minutes or until they are firm and pink.
5. Serve and enjoy.
