These chocolate protein pancakes with fresh strawberries and OPA by Litehouse® Strawberry Poppyseed dressing are full of flavor and make the perfect breakfast.
1 cup Oats
1/4 cup Chocolate Protein Powder
2 ripe Bananas
1 Tbsp. Chia Seeds
2 Tbsp. Water
OPA by Litehouse® Greek Yogurt Strawberry Poppyseed Dressing
- Add oats to a blender and blend on low. Slowly add in bananas, eggs, water, chia seeds and protein powder. Blend until smooth. Add more water if needed.
- Add 1 Tbsp. of coconut oil to skillet and preheat on low to medium flame.
- Slowly pour in roughly 1/3 cup of mixture and cook until bubbles start to form. Flip pancake and cook until done. Repeat with the remaining mixture, adding more coconut oil to skillet as needed.
- Serve with fresh strawberries and top with OPA by Litehouse® Strawberry Poppyseed Dressing.
