Caramelized Corn with Bacon and Sage

This easy last minute Thanksgiving side dish is perfect for those needing to add extra food to the table in a hurry!


4 Tbsp. butter 
32 oz. frozen corn
1 onion chopped
4 slices cooked bacon 
2 Tbsp. sugar
3 tsp. Litehouse® Instantly Fresh Sage
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper


Melt the butter in a pan over medium low heat. Add the corn and onion and cook until the onion softens, about 15 minutes. Add the remaining ingredients and cook, stirring occasionally for 15 minutes more or until corn begins to caramelize.
