5 lbs. Honey Crisp apples
Grated zest of 1 lemon
2 Tbsp. freshly squeezed orange juice
2 Tbsp. freshly squeezed lemon juice
1/2 cup granulated sugar
2 tsp. ground cinnamon
1/2 tsp. ground nutmeg

For the topping:
1 1/2 cups flour
3/4 cup granulated sugar
3/4 cup light brown sugar, packed
1/2 tsp. salt
1 cup oatmeal
1/2 lb. cold unsalted butter, diced
Litehouse® Old Fashioned Caramel Dip
Vanilla Ice Cream

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Butter a 9x9 baking dish. Peel and core all of the apples. Cut the apples into ½” slices and place them in a large bowl. Add in the lemon zest, lemon juice, orange juice, sugar, cinnamon and nutmeg. Toss the apples to coat and then pour them into the prepared baking dish. Prepare the crumble topping by combining the flour, sugars, salt, oatmeal and butter in the bowl of a food processor. Pulse until crumbles begin to form. Sprinkle the topping evenly over the apples. Bake for 30 minutes. Allow the crisp to cool slightly before serving with a scoop of ice cream and a drizzle of Litehouse® Old Fashioned Caramel dip.
