Caesar Brussels Sprouts Salad

1 Package Sliced Brussels Sprouts (or 16oz whole, sliced)
1/2 tsp. Lemon Zest
1/4 cup OPA by Litehouse® Caesar 
2 Tbsp. Shredded Parmesan Cheese
Salt & Pepper


Blanch shredded Brussels Sprouts in boiling water for approximately 1 minute. Immerse in bowl of ice water to stop cooking ; drain. Place Brussels Sprouts in bowl; top with Lemon Zest, desired amount of shredded Parmesan Cheese and Salt and Pepper to taste. Toss all ingredients in OPA by Litehouse® Caesar or serve dressing on the side.
