1 pound brussels sprouts, de-stemed and halved 1 cup fresh cranberries 1/2 cup Simply Artisan Reserve Gorgonzola Crumbles 1/3 cup walnuts (raw or candied) 1 tablespoon maple syrup 3 tablespoons Litehouse Balsamic Vinaigrette Olive Oil Salt and Pepper
1. cut and prepare brussels sprouts 2. Heat brussels sprouts, cranberries, and olive oil, and salt and pepper in large skillet over medium heat 3. Cook 8-10 minutes 4. Toss remaining ingredients in large bowl, top with Simply Artisan Reserve Gorgonzola Crumbles 5. Serve warm or cold
