A delicious and easy appetizer. The fresh tomatoes and mild blue cheese chunks make a light and tasty combination.
3 tomatoes, chopped
1/2 cup fresh basil, chopped
2 cloves garlic, chopped
1 loaf French bread
Garnish with capers
Slice French bread into thin wafers and toast in oven until golden brown.
Combine tomatoes, basil, and garlic in a sauté pan for 10 minutes over medium heat.
Spoon tomato mixture onto bread wafers and garnish with blue cheese and capers.
