Blue Cheese Coleslaw

Serves 6 | Finish in 15 minutes

This milky and delicious coleslaw is made with Litehouse Blue Cheese and possesses a slightly tangy flavor.


1/2 cup Litehouse Blue Cheese Crumbles 1/2 cup buttermilk 2 Tbsp.s apple cider vinegar 1 Tbsp.s sugar 12 cups shredded green cabbage


Place first 4 ingredients in processor and blend until smooth. This should take about 20-30 seconds. Place cabbage in large bowl. Add mixture and toss together. Season with salt and pepper. Cover and chill until ready to eat!
