Blue Cheese Bacon Pull Apart Bread

Serves 8 | Finish in 30 minutes

At your next holiday party, turn up the flavor down the stress with this super-easy, 5-ingredient appetizer using bacon, butter, biscuit dough, an Italian herb blend and bold blue cheese.  


4-ounces bacon
1 8-ct. can have refrigerated Jumbo biscuit dough
1 stick (1/2 cup) butter
1 tablespoon Instantly Fresh Italian Herb Blend
4-ounces blue cheese crumbles from Simply Artisan Reserve
Optional: chopped fresh parsley


Chop bacon into small pieces and cook in skillet over medium-high heat until crispy and browned. Drain on paper towel.
In microwave, melt butter in 8-inch ceramic or glass pie dish. Stir in Italian Herb blend.
Cut each biscuit into 6 wedges. To make task faster, stack biscuits and cut.
Toss wedges in butter mixture until coated.
Sprinkle top of biscuits with blue cheese crumbles, cooked bacon, and sprinkle with fresh parsley, if desired.
