These dessert pizzas are fun and fruity will please the whole family thanks to juicy fresh berries, a crunchy raw jicama “crust” and sauce of seemingly indulgent (but better-for-you) sweet Greek yogurt dip.
1 6” diameter jicama
¾ cup Opadippity by Litehouse® Sweet Greek Yogurt Dip in Creamy Cheesecake
½ pint fresh blueberries
½ pint fresh blackberries
½ pint fresh raspberries
½ pint sliced strawberries
2 tsp. Litehouse® Instantly Fresh Mint
Scrub and wash jicama, peel if desired (but not necessary). Slice crosswise into six ¼” thick rounds. Save remaining jicama for another use. Top each jicama round with approximately 2 tablespoons of Greek yogurt dip, spreading to ¼” inch of edge. Top with berries in a pleasing pattern and sprinkle with mint.
