Nothing shouts SPRING! like fresh berries. This simple tart uses puff pastry for an easy base. Mix and match any fresh berries of the season.
1 Frozen Puff Pastry Sheet
2 tsp. grated orange peel
2 cups strawberries cut in half
1 cup raspberries
2 kiwis, peeled and sliced
1 cup Litehouse® Cream Cheese Dip
Thaw pastry sheet at room temperature 30 min. Preheat oven to 400°F.
Unfold pastry on lightly floured surface. Roll into 14x10" rectangle and place on baking sheet. Brush edges of rectangle with water. Fold over 1/2" on all sides and press firmly to seal. Bake until lightly browned, according to package directions. Cool. Spread with Litehouse® Cream Cheese Dip; layer berries and kiwi. Serve and enjoy!
