These baked chicken wings are covered in herbs and baked until crispy. They are the perfect game day appetizer.
3 lbs. chicken wings and drumettes
2 Tbls baking powder
1 Tbls Litehouse Instantly Fresh Oregano
1 Tbls Litehouse Instantly Fresh Parsley
1 Tbls Litehouse Instantly Fresh Thyme
1 Tbls Litehouse Instantly Fresh Sage
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
1 stick of butter
Juice of 1 lemon
Heat oven to 300.
Prepare a baking sheet with foil. On top place a baking rack sprayed with cooking spray.
Place all of the ingredients except the butter and lemon in a Ziplock bag and shake to coat the chicken wings.
Place the chicken wings on the baking rack and bake for 30 minutes.
Raise the oven temperature to 425 and cook 40-45 minutes until crispy.
Dip in your favorite Ranch or Blue Cheese dressing and enjoy!
