Saturday morning can't come early enough!
1/4 cup butter
1 cup milk
1 cup flour
2 Tbsp sugar
1 tsp vanilla
1/4 cup brown sugar
1/4 tsp maple flavoring

Litehouse® Gala Apple Cider, Litehouse® Honey Crisp Apple Cider,or Litehouse® Litehouse Apple Cider
Put butter in 12” ovenproof skilled and melt in oven while it is pre-heating.
In blender mix remaining ingredients.
Quickly pour in skillet on top of melted butter.
Bake 20 minutes at 425°
While baking, make the syrup:
4 cups Litehouse Apple Cider
¼ cup brown sugar
¼ tsp maple flavoring Boil Litehouse apple cider until reduced to 1 cup.
Add brown sugar and cook an additional 5 minutes.
Stir in maple flavoring and remove from heat.
Cut one apple into thin slices.
Melt 1 TBS butter in skillet; add apple slices, sprinkle with cinnamon, sauté about 1 minute.
Arrange on top of cooked Oven Pancake, serve with apple cider syrup.
