1 package Angel Hair Rice Noodles (or any of your thin cut rice noodles), 1 bottle Litehouse Toasted Sesame Ginger Dressing, 1 bag snow peas, 1 bag matchstick cut carrots, 1 container sliced cucumber, 1 container sliced bell pepper, Asian chili sauce for serving,
Place rice noodles in a large microwave safe bowl. Add enough hot water to cover noodles and cook in the microwave for 5 minutes. Drain the noodles and stir in 1/2 c. Toasted Sesame Ginger Dressing. Fill bowls with dressed noodles and top with desired vegetables. Serve with extra dressing and your favorite Asian Chili Sauce.
