One of my favorite salads to order at a restaurant is a wedge salad. There's just something so delicious about the light and crisp iceberg lettuce with the salty blue cheese. Even though the wedge is one of my favorite salads, I have never made it at home or brought it to a potluck until now. A traditional wedge salad isn’t the best for potlucks, because it doesn’t travel well and it can be hard to eat because you need a knife and fork. It’s all about quality + convenience, right?
