Smoked Salmon and Blue Cheese Canapes Recipe

Do you have brunch on Mother’s Day? This seems to be a pretty common tradition for the day we honor our mothers; although my family has never celebrated with a yearly brunch- I don’t know why! What better way to celebrate your mom then making her a delicious meal or taking her to a Mother’s Day brunch at a restaurant? I will definitely have to start the tradition this year for my mom.

When I was searching for local restaurants that host Mother’s Day brunches, the foods that were most commonly served were eggs benedict, smoked salmon, prime rib and mimosas. That sounds like a delicious menu to me! You can also make an easy and delicious Mother’s Day brunch at home with these Litehouse recipes.
