• One-Pan Balsamic Rosemary Chicken and Butternut Squash

    As I headed out to my local farmer’s market this past weekend I was super disappointed to hear that it was the last weekend that they would have booths set up until next summer! I was so disappointed that the season had already ended because my favorite vendor there is a local organic farmer. She brings in the most beautiful garlic that you have ever seen and her tomatoes are to die for! I look forward to her stand every summer because it gives me a chance to fill up on delicious organic produce.

    I know that I probably have complained about it here and there but I seriously have been on-the-go constantly as of late. I love the fact that I travel frequently but sometimes it just tends to take a toll on my body and mindset…and on my diet.   • Importance of Breakfast - Feta and Herb Egg Sandwiches

    Now that the kids are back in school and the mornings get to be more and more hectic, it’s probably time to start thinking about breakfast meal prep. It’s important for kids (and adults) to eat a healthy, well-balanced breakfast to get their day started on the right track.
