    Avocad-oh-yeah! That’s what I exclaimed upon the discovery that avocados can be grilled.  Not only can this creamy green fruit be grilled, it should be tossed on the grates from time to time to bring a smoky flavor dimension to dishes that use smashed, sliced or halved avocadoes like guacamole or avocado toast.   • Loving Peas Ranch Salad

    When you live in Wisconsin you keep count of the days until the sun comes out. And I can just say that I am kicking my heels together now that it is finally here! I’m so ready for sunny days, warmer temperatures and all the produce that will be coming into season. One of my favorite vegetables around this time of year are spring peas. I eat them like candy and I make entire salads out of them, including this super easy Spring Pea Salad!
