The Cranberry Feta Pinwheels are really easy to make and can be prepared ahead of time. You only need 5 ingredients to pare the rolls and you can leave them refrigerated until just before your guests arrive when you slice them into discs and plate them. These two-bite appetizers are a great utensil-free food and I promise they’ll go quickly so you might want to make two batches!

Avoid the chaos of prep this holiday season by preparing any of these easy appetizers. Many of them travel well and can be made well ahead of the party. You’ll have plenty of time to enjoy the holidays with these recipes!

Feta Cranberry Pinwheels Recipe

Serves 8-10 | Finish in 1 hour 15 minutes

This appetizer pairs both sweet and salty flavors and creates a festive look by using green tortillas. You can mix the ingredients and roll the tortillas ahead of the party and slice right before serving.

Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup dried sweetened cranberries
  • 8 ounces cream cheese, room temperature
  • 3/4 cup Simply Artisan Feta Cheese Crumbles
  • 1/4 cup chopped green onion
  • 2 large flour tortillas, wheat or spinach for festive color

Directions

  1. Combine the cream cheese, cranberries, feta cheese and chopped green onion in a bowl and mix well.
  2. Divide and spread mixture evenly between the two tortillas, pushing the cheese nearly to the edges.
  3. Roll up tightly, wrap in plastic and refrigerate at least one hour.
  4. To serve cut each roll into 12 slices.
