Meet our Resident Bloggers

The Litehouse Foods blog is committed to building a strong community of people interested in healthy eating and lifestyle. We are excited about the new ideas, recipes and perspective this blog will generate. It’s the people who bring a blog to life, so meet the bloggers!

Angie comes to us from Fort St. John, BC where she lives with her husband and two kids. She spends her spare time working on her blog, Friday is Cake Night and spending as much time outside with her family as the weather allows. Angie started Friday is Cake Night when she realized she needed an outlet in the evenings where she could challenge herself, but have fun enjoying the little things in life… like cake!

April started her blog Food n’ Focus in February 2012 after a very photographic trip to Paris. The beautiful pastries caught her eye and lens at every turn so she started the blog to share the beauty of food with others. April is a busy person who is concerned about her health; her focus is on finding recipes that can be made quickly (most of the time) and are light(er) on the calories. She includes a good mix of indulgent recipes and tasty treats from time to time.

A competitive runner and CrossFit enthusiast, Jennifer makes a priority of cheering on her three ‘tween through teen age boys on in their sporting and academic endeavors.
