Spinach, Chives & Garlic Pizza Recipe

Serves 6 | Finish in 13 minutes

Skip the takeout! This easy meal is ready to serve in under 15 minutes. The pizza crust is infused with a mixture of Litehouse® Freeze Dried Garlic and olive oil and then topped with savory Litehouse® Spinach Dip, two kinds of cheese, Litehouse® Freeze Dried Chives and juicy cherry tomatoes. Enjoy for dinner with a side salad or for a quick, but satisfying lunch.


  • 1 can (391g) Refrigerated Pizza Dough
  • ¼ c. extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 container (283g) Litehouse® Spinach Dip
  • 1 tbsp. Litehouse® Freeze Dried Garlic
  • 1 ½ c. Mozzarella Cheese, shredded
  • ½ c. Parmesan Cheese, grated
  • ¼ c. Litehouse® Freeze Dried Chives
  • ½ c. Cherry Tomatoes, halved


  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F. Grease a pizza pan. Unroll the pizza dough on to the pizza pan and shape to fit. 
  2. Mix together the extra virgin olive oil and Litehouse® Freeze Dried Garlic in a small bowl. Brush the mixture on the pizza dough with a pastry brush.
  3. Pre-bake the pizza dough for 8 minutes. Remove the pizza dough from the oven.
  4. Spread the Litehouse® Spinach Dip on the pizza dough making sure to leave about an inch space around the edges.
  5. Sprinkle the mozzarella cheese and Parmesan cheese on top of the Litehouse® Spinach Dip.
  6. Sprinkle on the Litehouse® Freeze Dried Chives. Add the cherry tomatoes evenly over the pizza.
  7. Bake the pizza for an additional 8 minutes. Serve hot.
