Mandarin Chicken Salad

Serves 4 | Finish in 5 minutes


8 cups spinach leaves
1 cup spring onions - chopped
1 cup grapes, sliced in half
1 can mandarin oranges - drianed
1/4 cup toasted almonds
1/3 cup Litehouse® Organic Balsamic Vinaigrette Dressing or Organic Rosemary Balsamic 
2 cups shredded chicken breast


Combine all ingredients (except for the dressing) in a large bowl. Add dressing and toss lightly.
