8 potatoes, boiled and skinned
4 eggs, hard boiled
1/4 cup sliced green onions (optional)
1/4 cup sliced celery (optional)
1/4 cup sweet pickle relish (optional)
Salt & pepper to taste
1 Tbsp. Litehouse® Instantly Fresh Spring Onion
1 jar Litehouse® Honey Mustard
Boil potatoes & eggs (you can use the same pot and boil them together). Peel potatoes and cut into bite size chunks. Add onions & celery, if desired. Peel and chop eggs into mixing bowl. Add sweet pickle relish and 1 jar Litehouse® Honey Mustard Dressing & Dip. Fold together to combine. Mix gently with potatoes. Lightly sprinkle Litehouse® Instantly Fresh Spring Onion on top to garnish. Then refrigerate.
