Chicken breasts crusted in pepper jack cheese and tortilla chips and drizzles with OPA Jalapenos Ranch.
4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
2-3 cups crushed tortilla chips
4 oz. shredded Pepper Jack cheese
OPA by Litehouse® Jalapeno Ranch
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Mix the shredded cheese and the crushed chips together. Dredge the chicken breasts into OPA by Litehouse® Jalapeno Ranch, pressing down to make sure it's all coated. Then dip chicken into cheese and chip mixture. Put in oven and bake for about 25-30 minutes or until the chicken is done all the way through and the chips are crispy. Top with more OPA by Litehouse® Jalapeno Ranch if desired.
