Add a flavor punch to your afternoon sandwich! This green goodness sandwich is packed with cool cucumbers, avocado, fresh greens and topped with our Litehouse Purely Balanced Tzatziki ranch to add a pop of flavor without adding a bunch of unwanted calories.

Ingredients

2 eaWhole Wheat Bread, slices
½ eaCucumber, sliced
1 eaSprouts, bunch
½ eaAvocado, sliced
1 eaSpring Mix (or Spinach)
¼ cupLitehouse® Feta Crumbles
¼ cupPurely Balanced Tzatziki Ranch Dressing + to taste for salad
1 eaSalt, to taste
1 eaPepper, to taste

Directions

Toast two slices of your favorite whole wheat bread.Top with 1/8 cup of Purely Balanced Tzatziki Ranch each. Sprinkle with feta cheese.Add sprouts, cucumber slices and avocado slices. Serve with spring mix or spinach, drizzled with Purely Balanced Tzatziki Ranch. Enjoy!
