Greek Hamburgers Recipe

Serves 4 | Finish in 30 minutes

Combining the salty flavors of kalamata olives and feta cheese along with just a couple of Litehouse Instantly Fresh Herbs will create the perfect Mediterranean burgers.


1 pound ground beef
¼ cup Litehouse® Feta Cheese Crumbles 
¼ cup chopped kalamata olives
1 teaspoon Litehouse® Instantly Fresh Oregano 
1 tablespoon Litehouse® Instantly Fresh Red Onion 
4 hard rolls
Lettuce, tomato, red onion
Litehouse® OPA Feta Dill Dressing 


In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, feta, kalamata olives, oregano and onions. Gently mix the ingredients until they are just combined and then divide into 4 equal pieces.

Form the meat into 5 inch patties. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat and place each of the patties onto the grill. Cook each side for 3-4 minutes or until they have reached a degree of desired doneness.

Place one patty on each bottom half of a hard roll. Top the patties with lettuce, tomato and red onion. Drizzle the hamburgers with Litehouse OPA Feta Dill dressing and top with the other half of the bun.
